Hgh and its isoforms

Hi guys. I've been doing some research on hgh. I know there are two amino sequences which are 191AA and 192AA. 192 aa is the one to be avoided because the body can create antibodies with this one. Which isn't around anymore, so I've heard. Upon my research I discovered that hgh has 5 isoforms. The most common ones are the ones that are 22kda and another one is 20kda.

Here is the tricky part. Some say that 22kda hgh is the only one that can be picked up at the pharmacy, because of their quality standards and technology available to them and the only ones able to produce it. If it's obtained from anywhere else it's not 22kda. It's 20kda.

They say that the mechanism of action of both isoforms are similar, but are not the same. Could this be because 22kda is the full 191AA sequence and 20kda is only the 177 sequence? Does this mean you won't get the full benefits and effects if your hgh isn't from the pharmacy? Also if you happen to obtain the 20kda, would you need to supplement hgh frag to achieve full benefits as pharma hgh? Since it's the remaining sequence that the 20kda is missing, which is 176-191. How do we know what kind of hgh we are receiving if it's from ugl? Is it possible for them to produce the 22kda of hgh? Most of the lab testing I've seen comes from janos, and nowhere on his tests do I see what kda the hgh is. Just purity, dimer content and related proteins.

If anyone can clear this up for me that'd be great. This is open for discussion and I want to see everyone's opinions on this as I am here to learn.

so it is worthless basically. lmao ok
thanks jano
Yes, consider it more of an estimation that gives a very rough answers.

You ask SDS-PAGE these questions:
"Is there a peptide with molecular mass similar to HGH in there?"
"Yes"

"Is it pretty pure?"
"Yes"

But you can't really ask it these questions:
"Is it this or that isoform / modification of HGH?"

"Is it 90%, 95% or 99% pure?"

Bump @janoshik
Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd shows results as recent as last month on their HGH. Is this accurate? It does verify on the site but unsure if that can be faked or not
