HGH Carpal Runnel

Honestly, Chase's Irons testimony hints that GH is very effective so long as 1. You're running upwards of 20ius daily. And 2. The GH hasn't lost potency somehow. That seems to be the main reason why generic stuff is less potent in general. The way they store it, the shipping, how long it has been sitting on the self etc. But let's be honest, the people that can afford to buy pharma grade GH in industrial amounts are very few. Most olympia runner ups can't afford that. The reason why physiques changed so much from the 90s and on is just that more genetic freaks appeared. Sure GH played a role but GH won't morph you drastically unless it is the good stuff in monstruous amounts.

Chase looks awful though for the amount he's taking

Not everyone responds and tolerates the same. He's an average Joe in the genetics department except that he can tolerate such high doses that kinda makes up for the lack of genetics. Anyhow, the point is not how good or bad he looks for what he's taking. Is the anabolic potency of the compounds.

The proof is in the pudding. He's very knowledgeable but I'll take what he says about compounds and dosages with a pinch of salt because he looks like a bloated bag of shite

What's up with him and bodybuilding?

Does he want to compete, or maybe that passed him by?

I agree. I ran pharma-grade GH for around seven months straight, spending thousands every month, and I did notice a difference compared to generics, but honestly, not enough to justify the huge price gap.

I’ve used up to 10 IU of pharma and 10 IU of good generics. Pharma felt a bit “cleaner”. I had better pumps in the gym even while in a calorie deficit, results came a bit faster, and I definitely got more carpal tunnel sides than I usually do on GH. But that’s about it.

I’m not a pro bodybuilder or trying to be one, so for me, generics at 10 IU are more than enough to get the look I like. There’s definitely a difference, but not a thousands per month kind of difference, at least for me. Maybe I’m just an under-responder, who knows.

Did you notice a difference in terms of water retention?

It probably is the case that if pharma grade GH is a 10 potency, good generics are an 8. In either case GH is not all that magical.

For the carpal / water retention, a lot of the GH water retention is sodium reabsorbtion. There must be some other effect from dimer or something as people often report more water retention from generic vs pharma, but nothing we can do about that. Getting your sodium / potassium sorted helps a lot. 2:1 ratio of potassium to sodium, which is actually really hard to do.

So assume you are holding onto more of the sodium you are consuming now. Maybe cut consumption a bit. In the UK we have LoSalt which is 66% potassium chloride and 33% sodium chloride. So I no longer have salt directly and just use that. It does help a bit.

If anabolics are high then that adds to the fire a little as its pushing up aldosterone and effecting the RAAS system too. So maybe 8IU HGH and TRT would be fine, but 8IU and 1g gear is harder to manage.

Lower sodium, up potassium, maybe pull back 1IU and see if it goes away before upping the dose again. Going down the dieuretic route is a bit hardcore for me.

I've been on 2iu a day for about 2.5 weeks and the carpal tunnel definitely hit me today. I just reconstituted a new vial too. Maybe it was dosed a little higher idk. Anyway thanks for the advice on the sodium to potassium ratio.

Hello everyone ,

i've been on 8ius HGH daily for a little over a month and today i woke up with slight carpal tunnel syndrome tingling in my hand and fingers. Have also got the flu right now , so- extra bloated.

Anyone here know how to combat the carpal tunnel syndrome without dropping the dose? Was thinking about diuretics and wrist splints, any idea which diuretic could work or what else would be a viable fix?
The only way to combat is dropping the dose. Or you can just deal with it and try ibuprofen for the inflammation on days it’s almost unbearable
