HGH design AM and PM is wrecking my BG

Did 8iu AM. Got a little bump in BG, that’s was manageable with Metformin. When bulking a little Lantus and now Reta needed.

Startet doing 5iu AM and 5iu PM.
Morning BG went from ~100 to ~150. Holy S.

All through the day it’s good at 90-110 though.

Over 100 is considered pre diabetic if I'm not mistaken. I do 4 IU at night only and glucose is around 89-92 and that's with Berberine and some low dose Reta.

So I absolutely believe you that 5IU in AM and 5IU in PM has your FSB 100-150. It's up to you but I'd taper dose down abit.

Sure. Over 110 is where I will lover and/or up stuff for insulin sensitivity.
Was just shocked that it made so much difference.
The almost same daily dosing, in one bolus in the AM never affected me this way.

PM dosing - at least 5iu - is insulin sensitivity suicide for me.

We need some fucking studies on am vs pm dosing, a lot of people seem to think pm dosing is the best way to preserve insulin sensitivity, but definitely only one bolus per day is better for that than twice.

Try 8iu at night only and reassess?

Yes. And it is acceptable all day. It’s just the time from the PM dosing til I wake up and move, train etc. then I’m actually pretty gtg.
If your A1c and insulin tests aren’t moving up I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Make sure to keep monitoring them though.

Similar here. Glucose is good all day, post-prandial in the 90s or so. But my AM fasted is always higher than I like. 115 ish on average

Over time the A1c would move a bit? I only did it for a week. Then back to bolus AM.

You don’t think that elevated BG when sleeping is bad? If it’s in range from waking up to

Start at 5iu AM and see what your BG does in 14 days. Are you still on Metformin ?

If you are using Hgh fasted at night your bg is probably not high while you are sleeping. Your am cortisol spike raises your bg to wake you up

How many hours are you fasted at night before taking it?

I wait at least 2 hours after eating.

If you eat foods that can cause a secondary insulin spike like pizza or other fatty foods with high carbs, don’t take it that night.

I couldn't fix my fasted AM BG on Reta or Tirz when it came to GH. Only thing that worked for me personally was 500mg metformin ( instant release ) AM and PM. I went from 112 fasted am BG to 83. I used telyrx for the prescription.

It’s so weird how everyone is different man! At 4mg 2x/wk Reta (you will not grow at this dose but will shred tf up). I usually pin 4iu 2 hours after eating nightly, most the time my bg at that time is low to mid 80’s lately around 9-930. Up at 5am I’ll be right around mid 70’s to low 80’s as of late.

Afternoon: 2 tbsp Psyllium Husk, 5g L-Carnitine, 6g L-Citrulline

Night time: 1800mg NAC, 540mg Saw Palmetto, 2,000 mg Taurine (3x/dsy), 630mg Magnesium Glycinate, 1,000mg Milk Thistle, 1,200mg Fish Oil (1 pill 3x/day), then after about an hour I take 2,000fu Nattokinase.

I’ve been running this for about the last 3 mths. At times my bg/fbg have been a little higher or lower, but always in range. So far on my GH journey since Oct., I’ve yet to hit in the 100’s unless I’ve eaten crazy carbs that night. I’ll usually wait until it calms back down, or my first piss wake up pin my 4iu.
