Could someone please explain to me how to dose Hgh based on IGF-1 testing? Or point me toward relevant posts or literature. Thanks

Short cycle. But I’m also interested in any dosing info. For long term anti-aging use, a short cycle, or what?

Amazing, this is an incredible response. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate itIf safety is the priority, a modified version of endocrinology guidelines (but more aggressive), would do it this way:
Z score negative is below average for your age, 0 is the mean, and 2 is the upper limit of normal endos would stay below.
Z score 3 is supraphysiological, but not typically associated with acromegaly development.
Optional but useful: Get a baseline IGF-1 with Z score. (Usually test code: 16293 , Jasonhealth, ultalabs, etc).
Start with 2iu / day for 2 weeks.
Check IGF-1 with Z score.
Although response varies, typically 1iu moves Z .2 to .7.
For each .5 you’re away from your “goal”, increase dose by 1iu. No more than a 2iu increase in a single step.
Recheck in 2 weeks and adjust dose as necessary to get to your goal (whatever your comfort zone is, but no higher than 3)
Of course if sides are intolerable you should lower the dose.
Recheck again after 2-3 months to make sure you haven’t crept up over Z 3. Over that level for 6-12 months could cause abnormal growth.
As long as you remain Z below 3 you can maintain that dose indefinitely, but keep in mind your Z is age based, so if everything stays the same, over time your Z will climb, and you must adjust to stay below 3.
