hgh for age related physical decline after 40s?

Late 50s here. TRT and hgh.

But each year passing I realize my performance and recovery ability drops more and more from what it used to be.

Would it be worse without the TRT and hgh? I don't know.

But it keeps happening, year after year.
i have tipped to the "over 50 club" and can honestly feel a difference in recovery and of course training has taken a hit, i have dropped to a legit trt dose that puts me at @ 700 + tt at my trough ,(maybe slightly higher trt level) , but the addition of hgh i feel helps me as well as the bpc157/tb4 combo, but that combo gets expensive to run year round, ,

so you run bpc/tb4 everyday or continious? I was just doing 6 weeks runs then taking a break, maybe I should be running it and not coming off.

i run bpc157@ 1-2 mg daily year round for last 2 years or so, i use the tb4 m-w-f on most weeks, unless like now i am recovering from hernia surgery, in that case i run 2 mg daily for a couple weeks,, i will be taking a break from the tb4 after this round though, its just so damn expensive to do it continuously,, im currently running 6 mg bpc157 daily and 2 mg tb4 daily,, post op

What was your surgery protocol? Trying to put together one for my girl. Did you pause before surgery or anything like that?

just having this umbilical hernia surgery 5 days ago, i feel my hydration/diet has definitely suffered, especially fluid intake, i get so full and then it just adds pressure to my belly button area , and f me that is not a good feeling, i can only lay semi horizontal in fn bed to feel a "slight relief" , its just the nature of the surgery i suppose, some people say they already back in gym doing light work, but that just seems impossible for me personally, just so Gawddamnnn bloated,, its not a water weight bloat for the record, its a different kind,,

I had a hernia repair myself 5 years ago. It was a rough one man. Really affected my sleep. Could only sleep on one side and had to hug a pillow for like 4 or 5 weeks lol. It does get better though. I was thinking about adding bpc and tb year round as well. Did you find it helped you with nagging injuries and pain/ recovery. Currently on hgh and test. Lower cruise. Hgh has helped a lot but still looking for a little more. Esp due to a physical job. From 35 to 40 my recovery drastically dropped. I used to never even use gh. Just test and 6 hr sleep lol. Those days gone

absolutely these peptides help with nagging injuries, especially right after these types of surgeries etc, but its amazing in every aspect of "recovery for the older injuries" and minimizing new ones too,,

Is there any drawbacks to year around use. I wondered why more people don’t run them for long term. I’m going to start here soon. Try and just fight the idea of my recovery slowing down every way I can. From more sleep, to smarter use of peds, better food etc… I see a lot of new peptides coming out. I’m actually for the first time falling behind in the bodybuilding/ped world. Esp with peptides lol

alot of people run it year round, Its a very versatile peptide in terms of relief and use, i dont think this peptide will ever be "legal", the pharma companies stand to lose trillions in bs "pain medications "etc, or anti- imflammatory medications",, Because of the benefits that can be had from bpc157,,

yea I’m adding it to my protocol next week. Both compounds. Just have to decide if I want to source here. Or use a company on the internet. Cruise does on test and hgh. Plus the healing peptides hopefully will get me back to the point where I can train like a bodybuilder and still be productive at work. After around 35 it seemed like my body is saying pick one or the other bro lmao

That var isn’t going to do shit for you but complicate a functioning hormonal system and fuck with your liver. That’s literally the female starting dose. You are reading bad research/bro science/following an old fad on the oral only shit.

On the other hand the hgh will actually do what you’re looking for and is unlikely to cause any health complications unless you’re pre diabetic or unlucky and have a pituitary adenoma.
Does HGH damage the liver? And cause prediabetes and brain tumors?

No, it helps reverse fatty liver disease in fact.

It could induce diabetes if you're borderline. Monitor glucose and take it alongside a GLP to protect your insulin producing beta cells.

rHGH has never been connected to carcinogenesis. However, it's widely believed to accelerate growth of existing cancer. Including cancers that are undetected or may never have become an issue without high dose rHGH giving it a boost.

Id recommend PSA checks while on it since prostrate cancer is kind of a thing for us older guys. As ghoul said, it might give it a boost. PSA and free PSA. That'll save a hassle with a higher psa score and rule out cancer for the most part if PSA goes up.

A GP would give you a real TRT dose like 100 mgs test cyp per week. That would put your total test in that upper 1/5th percentile. A doctor or trt mill would be fine putting you on 200 mgs cyp per week and that would put you into the range of getting the enhanced health benefits of HRT including increased igf level. Now for the real bang for the buck enhancement benefit that people seek to get from these low dose/hrt+ protocols would come from increasing insulin around workouts.

Why do you want to take 10mg var? Just take Creatine, you will probably get more out of that. 10mg var isnt really anabolic. Its something you tell girls to take who necessary want to take something.
As a woman this is so fucking annoying to read. (1) I hope you never give advice to women and if you're a coach or something, I really hope you don't have female clients. Not to mention this is a HIGH dose for women. (2) Do some research on actual studies of oxandrolone, which include doses as low as 15mg/day in men showing increased muscle protein synthesis and lean mass gain. For someone looking to incrementally improve body comp beyond where they can get naturally, without completely trashing their lipids, it's not an unreasonable thing to try for $20 or whatever.
