Hgh for pain/bulging discs

Hi all,

I was wondering since hgh can speed up healing, repair tissue, and a long list of other things; Could it help with bulging discs in the neck and with the disc pinching the spinal cord and nerves?

I’ve been dealing with this painful shit for 10 years + now, and it really affects my training. I’m tired of it. I can barely get through a back workout and when I do back.. Im pretty much immobile for the next 2-3 days

Between NSAIDs, physical therapy, stretching, using a cervical traction machine… could hgh repair the issues permanently? Or could any other AAS/Peptides help?

Curious if anyone has knowledge on this subject or has personal experience.

I haven’t ever tried to use hgh, AAS, Peptides to help this issue. Just to look better and train harder

Having the same problem on an mri, and did extensive research on nerve issues such as ours, I don't believe hgh will do anything to heal it. Some claim prp injections helped, but that's debatable as well.

I remember when I ruptured 3 disks there was promise of ozone injections into the disk itself to shrink the bulge and remodel the wall of the disk. That was over a decade ago so I have no idea where it led.

For what it’s worth, currently in the tail end of chiropractic school…. I’ve helped my dad with his disc herniations in his neck with a few things…

1: LIGHT conservative adjusting
2: Muscle work - Graston and ART specifically on traps/levator through mid back and down his arms into his palms. He’s extremely bound up in the upper/mid back so where his herniation was I just worked on those muscles that connected to those nerve roots.
3: McKenzie exercises - google/YouTube should lead you to good videos. People swear by these and it’s helped my dad as well.
4: He also has an at home traction machine that he has used.

Have you had any recent MRI to see where the herniations are at? Have they gotten better or worse over the years?

Best advice is to stay disciplined with your therapies/exercises.

It took around 6 months for him to feel near 100%. I know there’s a stigma on chiros and I’d even agree that some are bad but that’s any profession. I’m not here to say do what I said above and you’ll be 100%, I’m just going off what I’ve done and what I’ve experienced firsthand. I hope some of this can guide you to some methods to help you my friend.

hgh helps with it but temporary. First of all you need to improve your posture. I recommend flobility program. flobility+hgh helps me a lot

Apologies for reviving an older thread, but what traction machine did your father use?

I would normally PM this since it’s an old thread but if someone stumbles upon this later I hope it can potentially help more people. The brand is “Saunders” attaching pics as well
