Would like opinion on how short term (days to weeks) weather heat exposure to HGH in powdered form impacts viability or degrades product.

From those in the know, (Having more than anecdotal evidence. Preferably study or HPLC evidence) any idea how heat exposure impacts product? Primarily focused on summer shipping conditions.

For example, I have a few $K sitting in a black mail box that just happened to arrive while we are in another state for this 4th of July week.

Temps 95-105 degrees in mailbox and probably in Dry Vans as they are shipped through mail system.

Is Degradation significant? What are your best estimates in % loss under summer shipping conditions? What have you seen?

(Not concerned with long term storage, just day to weeks)

This situation is making me realize I may bulk order winter months only if loss is thought to be substantial.

I don't think there will be significant potency loss because you haven't reconstituted the peptide.

Appreciate you @Type-IIx. I’m tempted to send to Jano just to see out of curiosity and compare to the sellers/buyers HGH Jano testing.

Granted can’t prove it’s from same batch, so some error is likely, but it would be nice to post a factual number based on data.

Do you think a delta in batch purity/consistency is likely to be greater than heat degredation delta? (If so, no point in testing without a control)

Yeah, I think that any change would basically, probably be indistinguishable from variation by batch/random chance.

A lyophilized powder is freeze-dried (stabilizes the molecule by freezing and dehydrating under vacuum), so as to preserve the polypeptide structure. Reconstitution forms a solution where the 3-dimensional polypeptide becomes active (able to bind the GH receptor, etc.) but also less stable vs. its lyophilized form.

In a simple sense, yeah, it's more able to float around and break apart; floating around and breaking apart happens due to decomposition reactions that heat accelerates, etc.

Seems some major sources thought it to be relevant (how relevant it actually is, is a slightly different question):

So, could their shitty HGH testing be because of warm weather? Is HGH possibly more fragile than other peptides?

Maybe @janoshik could say if it's possibly just degradation?

Friends just because the degradation of hgh caused the detection of low purity. It may be related to the hot weather and high temperature, and the temperature inside the package may reach more than 40 degrees in transportation. Our purity is usually above 96% until the winter festival we can publish the test again, so that everyone can witness our quality.

In the summer, I would try to find cooler periods to order in, or better yet, order in spring/autumn (depending on temperature across shipping route).
