HGH potency degradation after being reconstituted

Hello fellows
back in my days, there was a rumor saying HGH after being reconstituted loose potency by the day
the reason i am asking is because i am looking at the 24iu x vial (5iu daily)

anyone have some feedback?

The loss exists but after several weeks.

Apart from a microbial risk if you leave it at room temperature and reconstituted with just sterile water rather than bacteriostatic water for 5 days you will be fine.

Tell him he needs to grow a pair. I couldn't imagine having to hide my PED use from a female. If they don't like it, they know where the door is.

I have wondered about this topic. Oftentimes, I have noticed that floaties tend to increase the longer I use a vial. Day 1, after filtering, no floaties. Day 7, a couple floaties. Day 10, a little more floaties.

Hgh is fragile and I think the floaties are broken chains that have decided to clump up. This would mean that over time, the hgh does indeed lose efficacy due to fragility.

I haven't tested but I do wonder...

From private Jano testing, after 10 days, you’ve lost ~10% of mass. Day 30 is around 15% of mass. Dimer improves (lowers) over time when tested by Jano. The theory is that the dimer coagulating and getting caught by the filtering he does prior to testing.

So if you want to filter a couple times, you could stretch a vial out quite a bit. The wildcard is who knows what stabilizers are being used by your source and how do they compare to what was tested (SSA).

Couple older threads here with jano testing shows little to no degradation at 7 days and another at 11 days. Source wasn't disclosed though. Interesting results with SSA.

Mass day 9: 39.9 mg
Mass day 19: 39.9 mg
Mass day 30: 37.2 mg

Purity dropped marginally before coming back up. Likely a side effect of filtration.

Dimer was only measured at the start and end. 0.2 day 1 and 0.075 day 30. This is likely related to the proteins clumping and getting caught by the filter prior to testing.

Well, there is the kids issue too. He could always find a discrete box (baking soda, freshener, etc) and just store it in there in the back of the fridge behind something the kids will never touch, like a bag of beets

My genotropins say 28 days after mixing to discard. There may be preservatives in it though I’m not sure
