You have a diet that is lacking in many features to achieve your goals intended from your original post. I won't ask you exactly how much chicken, eggwhites, or rice you are even consuming, because unless you are consuming 2LBS of chicken, two dozen egg whites or maybe 4 cups of rice you won't get any real results in your intentions with bulking just to give you an example. Maybe I'm exaggerating it a bit, but my point is you're gonna have to eat more. You have the right idea in circulation with the quality of food. But need to see a lot more, also don't have half your protein intake based out of powders. They are simply a supplement. Drink with your chicken meals. Atleast i have better results in that direction.
This is just one possible solution, individuals are all different. You probably know your body best if you have really payed attention to your ups and downs since you have began lifting. Compounds do not provide any miracle work until your diet is dialed in.
