For baseline just go get an IGF-1 test. Checking levels after on I've heard people say minimum 2 weeks. I've checked levels sooner and they have been elevated after a week.

Levels will elevate pretty fast. But they will level out around week 3. I had pretty high testing on week two but week 3 was lower and week 4-12 was pretty average among the testing
