I’ve also opted to run igf1lr3 instead of high dose hgh during my off seasons for mass building. I still use gh during cutting for the lipolysis effect though.Nah, wasn't joking. I forget exact mgs and mcgs but I'd take the cjc and ipamorelin around 5 AM preworkout combined with IGF-1 and HGH frag.
For my second mid-day workout, I'd take sermorlein, ghrp2, and ghrp6 minutes before hitting the weights.
I'd usually run 4-6 IU at bedtime unless the edema in my feet/ankles got too bad and then I'd drop down to 2IU.
Hard to compare results, I'd throw in random 5 day cycles of mk677 in there when my appetite was slowing down.
I liked igf-1 more than any other peptide I've tried. I put on some crazy size compared to just HGH. I'd recommend stacking it with cjc and ipamorelin, or sermorlein.
But everytime I’ve gone through a vial of lr3, I’ve been able to push my calories much higher than I otherwise would without getting fat.
Before when I was less strict about off-season diet and measuring macros, I’d just happen to notice after each vial of the stuff I’d end up a solid 4-6lb heavier after using it and my weight would stay that way even after stopping, furthering my impression that it was quality mass and not all just fluff.
