HGH vs IGF-1

Nah, wasn't joking. I forget exact mgs and mcgs but I'd take the cjc and ipamorelin around 5 AM preworkout combined with IGF-1 and HGH frag.

For my second mid-day workout, I'd take sermorlein, ghrp2, and ghrp6 minutes before hitting the weights.

I'd usually run 4-6 IU at bedtime unless the edema in my feet/ankles got too bad and then I'd drop down to 2IU.

Hard to compare results, I'd throw in random 5 day cycles of mk677 in there when my appetite was slowing down.

I liked igf-1 more than any other peptide I've tried. I put on some crazy size compared to just HGH. I'd recommend stacking it with cjc and ipamorelin, or sermorlein.
I’ve also opted to run igf1lr3 instead of high dose hgh during my off seasons for mass building. I still use gh during cutting for the lipolysis effect though.

But everytime I’ve gone through a vial of lr3, I’ve been able to push my calories much higher than I otherwise would without getting fat.

Before when I was less strict about off-season diet and measuring macros, I’d just happen to notice after each vial of the stuff I’d end up a solid 4-6lb heavier after using it and my weight would stay that way even after stopping, furthering my impression that it was quality mass and not all just fluff.

Although this question was not addressed to me, I'll provide my thoughts (for whatever they're worth).

The short answer is: you're on the right track.

I like berberine with hGH a lot. Metformin, functionally, is similar... However, it seems to lead to GI-related issues for many users. This leads to issues eating, which, largely leaves a lot of progress on the table... Can't eat, can't grow.

I've taken IGF-1 LR3, Increlex, various generic hGH and pharma hGH over the years... The results from Increlex were the best (in terms of muscle gained), but, I also carried a lot of water and honestly the cost was too limiting to justify.

Your best bet would be quality hGH and berberine..

Then, MAYBE IGF-1 LR3 solely for its insulin sensitizing effects (if needed) if you want to really blast hGH (6iu+ daily) for a perio

I’m curious because this is very interesting. You don’t see a lot of other people who’ve had the chance to compare increlex to igf1lr3.

Would you be able to share the protocol for lr3 and increlex ? Like dose, frequency, time of day, etc, and also how many runs of increlex vs how many runs of LR3 ?

I’m wondering if you can place a comparison on how much better the igf1lr3 is. In theory in my opinion, it should work amazing, like as good or better than increlex, but I’m well aware how real world results differ.

you often hear how lr3 is pointless or inferior and the only real deal is increlex. I’m wondering if that’s your take away or if they’re in the same league but increlex takes the lead ?

Also could it be dose related ? Maybe the lr3 needed to be dosed higher ?
