Starting hgh 5iu ed on Monday, I've done plenty of research on the different dosing protocols, just looking at suggestions in the community usage as far as it concerns timing.

Do you pin am, pm or both, or maybe am and pwo split and naturally produce at nights? What has yield the best results for you?
 
I like it at night time, it makes me sleepy and I figure its the most natural with the body doing its repairs while youre sleeping.
 
That's the direction I am taking as well. I know it's very unbiased, many people prefer morning and afternoon. But after a bit of a dig around the net, have discovered at night is just as nearly beneficial and atleast for me time friendly because I am just not around at home to be able to pin at the different times, considering it's refrigeration as I'm always on the run
 
I pin upon awakening and pin again in the afternoon, when I get home from work. I don't know if it is broscience, but I was under the impression the HGH would wear off in time for your body to produce it's own HGH while you sleep. If you pin it before you sleep, the exogenous growth will suppress your natural growth production.
 
Interesting thought I have heard aswell bucky. Your protocol is followed by many aswell, planning a 6 on one off protocol to avoid full suppression if that's a concern, might do 5-2off not for the fund issues but again suppression concerns
 
I do 5-2 also. My natural IGF-1 levels are pretty decent and I hope to keep it that way.
 
I split my dose in two. I pin one first thing in the morning and then again preWorkout. I don't pin before bed as there should be a natural release of GH at that time. I sometimes have a pin of GHRP2 and CJC mixed and ready to go and when I wake up to take a piss at night I will take it. Trying to get 4 releases.

CONCLUSIONS: Twice-daily GH injections, apart from producing a more physiological serum GH profile, were superior to one injection in increasing serum IGF-I and decreasing IGFBP-1 levels. You are blessed my friend, what dosage do you use anyway?

I'm at 2iu/day. Going to bump up to 3iu/day next month. I really want to get into gear with it, but we are trying to have another baby, so no AAS until the doc confirms she is gtg.
 
A lot of folks in the 2IU a day routine I see, makes me wonder if 5ed is too much.

I think it all depends on sides, wallet, and goals. I started with generic HGH at 1iu then went to 2, then 3 within a couple weeks. I experienced crippling pain in my hands, so I went back down to 2iu. I am on pharm now and I am not experiencing any of the pain as I did with the other stuff. Only thing I experience is lethargy. Sooo, jumping on 5iu generic might prove to be an adventure. If it's pharm, you could probably work your way up gradually.

Will be running generic, non the less a domestic trustable source of mine for years if it matters. Anyways is the 5 on two off routine truly reputable to produce noticeable gains? Or is it just a bang for your buck you all think with decent results? Everyone says every day, or at the least 6:1 protocol. Yet many claim to run the 5:2 protocol.

I would gradually increase the dose with your growth until you get it dialed in comfortably. Don't start at 5iu.
My experience with growth thus far with 5-2: belly fat down considerably with no diet or cardio change and a nagging UCL injury all but gone. No real noticeable strength gains, but I didn't expect it with my protocol. I could be imagining this, but my face seems younger when I look in the mirror.
The reason I take the 2 days off is to have down time for my body to function naturally.

Have you heard of before bed, at least 2.5 hours after last meal then other half if you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or simplier upon waking. Saves retention etc

Ive heard Pro's say better ed over 5/2. keeps it consist in the stream. 5iu m-f is 25iu sat/sun off so you can run 7days divided by 25iu's= your answer.

ive seen good generic on an experienced female who had competed yet been done with that area ,even tho shes the best thing in the gym even now non competing, run 2-3iu.
if you competing your choice just remember facial features.
