Help me out
I’ve never used hgh, I have used oils off and on since the late 80’s.
I’m fairly new to posting on forums. However I have read thousands of threads.
I guess my question is , how do I know which colored top to get if I were to start using?
How much to dose?
I’m guessing it’s pinned daily??
So what’s the process?
Buy some bac water from the water boy?
Mix the water with powder and hammer down??
DONT THRASH ME FOR MY DUMBNESS on this subject, just trying to get some advice or suggestions
And no teng I’m sending u pic of my ole ladies butthole, I will send u the thread wrecker

OK, I'll throw you a bone.

1. Top color is irrelevant unless your buying from TP. That's how he distinguishes one brand from another of the ones he sells. All other sellers just use whatever color they want. Most the time it's used as a marketing tool. It's like asking which underwear is better due to the color.

2. Dosing is basically as much as you can afford for as long as you can afford it. 6 months minimum to really see it shine. Regardless of your goals more GH is typically better at least until it wrecks your blood sugar.

3. You can get away with EOD if you're taking a substantial dose 12+ ius but typically ED dosing is recommended.

4. If you're running 3 or less ius daily just take it all at night before bed. If you're taking 4+ split the dose into morning and night. More advanced is pre-wo and all day dosing. I'd just start either at night or in the morning. Shoot it SubQ in the fatty areas of your abdomen or hips with an insulin syringe.

5. You will need BAC water. Mix about 1 cc of water into the vial (if it's 10ius). Let the water run down the side of the vial. Don't just shoot it into the disk. Once the water is in swirl the vial to finish mixing. Do not shake it. GH is a sensitive material and can be damaged if you aren't easy with it. Refrigerate the remainder after mixing. The un-mixed vials can stay in a cool dark place for a few months. Or you can out it all in the fridge. Don't freeze it.

I think that covers most of the basics.

Do you just dial it down when blood glucose gets too high? Rather than hit the insulation. Is there some other glucose suppressant ?

Drop the GH for 4-6 weeks and do a semi aggressive mini cut (decreased carbs by 20-25% or more is a big help) and whatever else you need to do increase insulin sensitivity and get your fasted BG back down below 100 (preferably below 90). Berberine is good in that situation but diet and stoping the GH is key.

I've been using berberine HCL at 2000mg a day split A.M. and P.M. and has a noticeable effect. I'd always recommend it.

Would y’all recommend berberine for a glucose disposal agent during a bulk to help with partitioning of the glycogen surplus?

I planned on running mine for a year doing 3 months on followed by 2 weeks off and repeating. Would that be enough time to re-sensitize? And I've also been using apple cider vinegar.

Did you see a drop in your fasting glucose number

It’s impossible to say. You need to get a blood sugar monitor and just keep checking until you see a fasted number that’s good. It’s a gradual thing so you’ll see it slowly coming down.

So your making GH now? Ha jk
What reason is that?
Camouflage for what I call the 'bulking stains.'

Sorry, just being juvenile a little bit on Friday evening :)

In many of my friends experiences LISS (low intensity steady state cardio - ie. walking fast), in addition to what you have mentioned, helps tremendously. Even while on GH.

If you’re aggressive with your mini cut (cut carbs by 20-25%), berberine, fasted LISS cardio and so forth (pretty much a prep diet) you can drastically reduce your bs within a month’s time as long as your off the gh.

It’s only 4 weeks and then you get to jump back on GH AND have a mini rebound to look forward too assist in adding some new size while being leaner.

It’s far more or productive than running your bs into the ground and having to take 4-6 months to get it right again.

Plus, since you’ve destroyed your insulin sensitivity most of those bulking carbs aren’t being shuttled to the muscle. Their circulating, driving up your a1c and storing as fat. Welcome to diabetes.

Hehe...this is me.

Actually that was the first time I had used berberine and it was after a lot of GH and bulking for far too long of a peroid.
