Hi everyone

Just a quick intro, I been lifting for over 15 years now. I'm 29, 5'8 and 190 pounds.
I am currently bulky with ton of bodyfat due to an injury during spring and getting back into it.

Prior to injury I was 205 pounds and 11% bf. When the injury happened [dirt bike] I was three weeks into my test e cycle.

Looking to learn a lot more and get back into it
