Well, let's see... been weight training - on/off for the first 3yrs or so, steady-on now (2-3 times per wk) for the last four years plus. 5' 9", 170lbs currently.

I enjoy it a lot. I like going to a gym, but as I live in the middle of freakin' nowhere and the nearest one is a 45 minute drive, I decided to make my own home gym. I built a big shed along the back end of my house, and fitted it with pulleys and cables (floor, mid-height, ceiling joists), a decent bench, and free weights. The latest addition is a landmine set-up. (me like!).

In my fifties now, been on trt a little over a year. Must be a hyper-responder, as at 10mg a day test cypionate (subcutaneous) I clock in at over 1100 ng/dl.

Don't see a whole lot of difference from the trt, though, as far as increased mass/weight loss, but definitely feel better, more motivated. And the ladies seem infinitely more attractive.

Guess that's it for now. Always researching about this stuff, hope this place will help as well.
