I am 23 years old , 185cm , 77kg around 21% body fat. I follow a low fat high carbs diet.

My current stack:
Reta 2mg bi weekly, Ghk-cu 2.5mg 5x a week, 250mg testorone e , 0,5mg Dut, 20mg isotret, 3mg methylenblue.

Looking to learn and potentially add more peptides, androgens and nootropics.
 
Just be carefull dude … with those stats its sounds like u started lifting yesterday dont mean it in bad way just thinking u probably dont even know how to lift properli and Hopoing on
Yea i hopped on too soon but its already too late. My blood test is fine at 250mg so i am staying this way till i am down to 12% bf than i will do a lean bulk and stay on forever

stupid enough to start too early, smart enough to not try to cope by just upping dosage. thats a new one.

77kg auf 185cm You need to adjust your diet and training plan properly instead
 
The issue here is that u have probably close to 0knowlage on nutrition training lipids compounds and general health stuff also running like 5 random things with it that u heard from vigorous steve , its litterally starting endgame as lvl 1
Trust brother i know everything i need to know about training and nutrition you dont have to be a genius to figure out how to train and eat properly hahaha i know everything about lipid compounds from ezetmibe, statins, citrus bregmot etc same with everything else and all the compounds i am runing is based on my goal and if you have basic understanding about the pharmaceuticals i am runing you will know they complete each others. Thanks for the advice

Good luck with that. The priority is proper training with a plan and nutrition. AAS are only secondary.

I train full body every other day, doing one set to failure for big muscle groups and two sets for isolation exercises.
My diet is low fat 30-40g and I aim for about 150 g of protein per day. Rest are pre workout carbs. I’m currently in a ~1300 kcal deficit.
I take omega-3, zinc, and vitamin D3 (20,000 IU once a week), etc.
Is there anything I can improve?

I'm really not trying to be rude here, but... you clearly do not know anywhere close to as much as you think you do. As someone else mentioned, those are the stats of someone who started training yesterday. You have no business being on any of these substances at all.

I'm not saying this to put you down, but to help you. I think you should dial the ego waaaaay back, admit you don't know anything at all, and try to learn. It's okay. We all make mistakes and we all started at zero.

Best thing you can do is PCT off all this stuff and learn how to train and eat the right way for *at least* 3 years naturally. Literally none of this stuff is going to help you at this stage of your development.
 
I dont mean it in bad way either… losing weight is ez on paper lol eat less = lose weight, in that sense yes ur right its Easy its not the whole picture , your fat is also bordeline low in my opinion, i train for years and try to educate myslel on it as much as possible and i still find ways to improve it , for the peptides ur using i have close to none knowlidge on thats WHy i just said 5 random compounds it sounds and probably is just every single peptide vigorous steve said its gonna help u lose weight

Yes thank you, the medications i take arw for hairloss, acne and mitochondrial support only Reta is for fat loss but yes my goal is of enhnacment isnt bodybuilding rather to look good and feel good in my prime yeara

Appreciate the advice but i think my results will speak for themselves after i am done with my cut. But yea as i said before it was implusive decision to hop on that early but the positives outweight the negatives. My goal with andrgones is more than bodymass

You will not get the results that you think you will, and the positives do not outweigh the negatives at all. The opposite, in fact. But it sounds like you are determined to learn the hard way.
