Hi, I'm new to the forum here, call me Spiderman2099 or just Spiderman. My stats are 5' 11" 195lbs 23 years old. My diet and training are as follows:
Train 5 days a week one body part per day, calves every day and abs thrice weekly.
Meal1: 5 eggs 1/2 cup oats
Meal2: 1 can tuna 1 tbsp. miracle whip 1/3 cup brown rice
Meal3: 1 scoop whey protein 1/3 cup oats
Meal4 PWO: 1 scoop whey protein 2 bananas 3/4 cup greek yoghurt 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Meal5: see meal 2
Meal6: 1 can tuna 1 tbsp. miracle whip
My proposed cycle is this:
Test Enanthate 600mg week 1-10
Tren Enanthate 400mg week 1-10
Arimidex 1mg EOD week 3-10
Nothing weeks 11-12
Nolvadex 40mg ED week 13-16
Nolvadex 20mg ED week 16-19
Also Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off starting the first week pyramiding up to 120mcg from 40mcg then maintaining 120mcg until the two weeks are up and starting at 120mcg the next two weeks and so on like that always starting at 120mcg until the end of the cycle.
Cycle history is pretty basic one cycle of sust and dbol didn't really do it right had no pct was young and dumb.
