Hi, New member also new to weight training. Looking for any advice.

Hi, I'm from Manchester in the U.K. I'm 33 years old and I weigh in at 13.6 stone (86.3kg + 190.4lbs). I'm 5ft 11", have a medium build and carry some puppy fat. Over the past 2 months I have been eating very clean (I lost a stone in the 1st month) and the last month I have started training. A couple of my mates do steroids and look great for it. I am thinking of doing a cycle or two to get me to a good size and then just training without steroids.

I have been and seen a friend of a friend who has won many comps and who is a world champ bodybuilder. He has advised me to do a 10 week course of 50mg of dianabol a day for the first 3 wks dropping 1 a week until week 7 (down to 0) 2ml of Sustanon (1ml wk 9+10) and 1ml of Deca. He's advised I need to be taking arimidex 1/2 a tablet eod until week 13.

I have an idea on what I should be aiming to eat on gym and none gym days.

Training
250g of protein over 6 meals
600g of carbs over 6 meals

None Training
120g protein over 6 meals
400g of carbs over 6 meals

I'm really just looking for other peoples advise on this. Someone else has said that sust and deca are oldschool and theres better steds to be taking now?

Also my PCT, I need some help with that as I cant remember exactly what he advised.

how long have you even been traning? without a solid foundation you will be quite dissapointed with the results expecially from a 12 week cycle no one will even able to tell you use - or lift for that matter

You need a natural foundation built with natural bodybuilding exercises (w/ weights) at least 5 years of solid natty training , then you can plan your first cycle .

ONE hormone first , and that hormone is testosterone . A 12 week cycle w/ test-E or test-C and PCT is the Gold Standard for all first cycles . I lifted 9 years (17 yrs old) before I did my first cycle at 26....Im glad I waited
 
Your not ready for steroids.

Protein needs to stay the same EVERYDAY. You grow when you rest not when you lift.

You got too much on your plate. Slow down and learn to walk before you run. Steroids would be a major disappointment to you if introduced now in more ways that one :)
 
youve been traning 1 month!!! why would you be using steroids? your natural body can make steroid like gains, you wont even respond well cause you have no muscle tissue will just be sides - first year lifting you grow faster than steroid users

you need a foundation first 2-3 years natural traning then get on for life
 
you need to be able to perform a proper bench squat deadlift
im sure you dont know how to squat im sure - most ppl here probably cant tho

you may think you do but its some quarter repping bullshit
 
at your age i would suggest seeing a doctor and getting tested for low t - trt may not be a bad idea even if you self medicate but anything more is uneccasary and wont help you progress and trust me i push steroids more than anyone i think pct is stupidist thing ever made everyone should stay on for life and abuse high doses my cruise is more than most ppl cycles but you need more time in the gym naturally first
