Hey guys :)

I decided to join this forumum to share and receive new Information.

I'm 23 years old and started to train about half a year ago.
Currently I'm trying to loose weight to get in good shape.

I go to the gym alsmost every day and I really like it.

I also like to cook so I already created a lot of low carb recipies.
