My screen name is Jordy. I've been lookin around through the forums for about a week and a half now and finally decided to join. I'm 26 ( 5'6,168lb), been lifting recreationally since I was 16 (with spurts of serious diets and routines between that.) I'm not looking to get into the scene a whole bunch but I've had some buddies do some "newbie" cycles with some good results. Mostly interested in anabolics, namely test and var. I joined to hopefully gain some knowledge inside the community and leave with some interesting takeaways.

Past few months been pretty steady. 6 days week/ 2-3 hours a day. I occasionally get in a couple twoadays, get in a good amount of cardio through roadbiking, however my biking has been sporadic as winter has been off and on where I'm from. Diet is good. I'm almost completely off dairy besides my whey isolate. Definitely keep the carbs to a minimum try to avoid them completely most the time as I know they'll come anyways. Right now eating about 150g protein a day. Dunno if I could give you an exact calorie count.
 
What are your goals, what do you want to achieve by gear use? What about weight training? If your looking to gain mass, first you need more protein per day.
 
I've been really strong, I've been in phenomenal cardio shape, I've dieted like no other. I have the experience do be able to do some successful cycles. I want to harden up my physique, get some more lean muscle mass without adding too much bulk.
