Hello, been on a bit of a journey the past 2 years. Gave up drinking and started triathlon, triz and a some "TRT" (150-180mg per week) and made good progress currently 80kg from 120kg. Came off the triz when the training started ramping up as I wasn't able to eat enough to sustain the training loads 12+ hours a week cardio will do that. In the off season I started reta to keep on top of the food noise with the reduced load. I have started training for a full distance Ironman now and I am currently running KLOW ed, reta x2/w 5mg, test 2x/w 180mg, hcg 2x/w 1000iu. Im going to add mots-c to the mix, from what I've read I am thinking AM pre morning session 500mcg-1mg every day, I train some from of cardio am /pm every day, apart from a recovery day when I just swim AM and looking for advice from people with experience with similar goals.

I am 40, 190cm 80kg have a FTP/305w and currently run a 19.56 5k.
