Whether its the E causing your problem I don't know, but if you're retaining a lot of water in your midsection and torso, that can certainly get you out of breath, as it will constrict your lungs and your internal organs. If you're a little overweight to begin with, it will make it even worse.wrathe said:you really think high E can get me out of breath quickly?
went to gym today felt very tired even walking in!
