High Blood pressure

I’m currently running 500mg test 300mg deca a week and 40mg anavar a day never had an issues with blood pressure up to now but it’s quite high 169/110 is there something I can do to naturally keep it down (my diet has been quite bad last few weeks if that could be the issue)

Long cardio. Eating cleaner. More sleep. Less stress. Loser the dosage.

Realistically? Go to a doctor. Tell them high blood pressure runs in your family. They'll prescribe you something.

For anyone else reading and wanting to preventative buy things to have on hand just in case:

Category - Example generic - Common dosage
Beta Blocker - Nebiuolol - 5mg/day
Angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) - Telmisartan - 40mg/day
Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) Inhibitors - Lisinopril - 10mg/day

Don't stack all at once. Some people stack ARBs and ACE Inhibitors. I see Telmisartan mentioned more than anything.

If you go the India pharma self-treated route please do more research than just this though. Remember shipping is slow.

I can thankfully be honest with my doctor so I’ll call him tomorrow read somewhere that it’s common with deca thanks for the advice!

I never talked about gear with my doc but I just went in and told him I’ve been testing my blood pressure at home and getting high readings he wrote me a script right there with no further questions

Pretty much this post covers it all. Losing weight helps too, but on cycle that's really not the goal, adding in cialis helps maybe drop 5-6 points, but in your case it will not do much. So look in to meds and you're probably better off avoiding deca and other wet steroids in the future.

I Have cialis here should I take it before exercise then?

Cialis 5-20mg will not drop your b/p enough for how high it is right now. Definitely get a b/p med prescribed, preferably lisinopril (renal protective). Depending on goals, telmisartan may be inappropriate as its associated with weight loss and difficulty in gaining weight.
Coq-10 also lowered my b/p by 10-15/5-10 points.

Don't forget that water retention also significantly raises blood pressure so monitor estrogen levels and sodium intake.

I've also read recently about a potassium sweet spot (via bananas) that could lower BP more than sodium restriction:

I’ve switched from NaCl to KCl for half of my intake during the day when I bulk because my sodium intake is too high. This cuts it by high and does make a difference in my bloating an b/p

Doctor prescribed METOPROLOLSUCCINAT HEXAL thanks for all the replies will definitely do more research next time before I try another compound

I would look into cleaning up your diet as it is the easiest you can control.

I am on telmisartan as prescribed by my doc to keep it normal since I have genetic predisposition to hypertension. However, once my diet is not on point my diastolic numbers go up right away.

Do some cardio too, your numbers are getting close to dangerous zone already.
