High BP on first blast at 500mg a week

My BP has been sitting around 160/70 for the past week I feel very dizzy and sick. I have been on blast for about 10 weeks using test c at 500mg and only this last week have I began feeling this way. I'm getting my bloods done tomorrow checking my red blood cell count to see if that's high and if it is I'm going to donate blood. Any suggestions on things to check or tips on how to correct my BP. For now I am going lower my dose to around 150mg - 200mg and see if things get better.

Go see a medical provider and make sure you do this correctly. Seek medical attention. BP is out of control.

Baseline blood pressure? AAS history?

I honestly do not know what my baseline bp is I've never had problems with it until just recently. And as for my AAS history I just started using. I have been on 500mg of test c for about 6 weeks now. I started my blast at 250 and moved up to 500 so in total I have been using for about 10 weeks now. I only started having these issues about a week ago.

So this is your first experience with exogenous Test. No TRT baseline?

I'd stop everything, full checkup and reassess. Your body is telling you something. Find out what it is. You need baselines before you play with this stuff. Research and come ready with the tools you need if you decide to try again.

I got my bloods done before I started I have all of those as a baseline but as for My baseline BP I do not have that.

That first 12 weeks of RAAS stimulation can be a ride. You need a full check up before you start. Systolic rise just way too much on this dose. Same issue at 250 mg/week?
Get used to taking your BP multiple times per day in this game. Approx age, weight, BF level? Are you injecting every day?

I have not tried 250mg a week I started on that and went up to 500 about 4 weeks in. I felt completely fine though up until last week I have been injecting for about 10 weeks total. I am 20 years old at 205lb and around 18% bf. I am injecting every other day.

So no idea if existing BP issue before you started Test? Just started feeling bad and measured?

Please abort and get yourself checked out. Take care of yourself.

I have gotten my BP checked multiple times at the doctor at checkups it was never brought up as an issue though and I do not remember the exact numbers but it must have been normal because they did not mention it. I only now know the exact number because of the issues I've been having. So I should come completely off and pct and then get evaluated for any preexisting BP problems?

Doctors will usually ignore high BP readings if you are there for some other reason. Well, unless it’s 160/70. To do it properly you need to be sitting still for 5 minutes without talking and they don’t have time for that. Just going to the doctor raises my BP (white coat syndrome). Always ask them what your reading is if they do not provide it.

Great points. OP get a good meter and measure 3 times a day at home to assess. Or at least twice.

Bedtime reading @Wumpus ...
