I started TRT at start of October with doctor with Test U(Nebido) and he wanted me to take 1 dose 1000mg/4ml Testosterone every 12 weeks or 16 weeks.
5 weeks after first shot we did blood work and my test went from 302ng/dl to 366ng/dl.
I switched to UGL at 14th of november so exactly 2 months now since i wanted to Cyp or E for faster effect and well that protocol from doctor is kinda bad.
Started with 250mg per week spread in 2 shots every 3.5D.
250mg is too high for TRT i know but was hoping for this kind lowish cycle teritory to gain some muscle fast.
Before TRT i haven't trained since 2020 due to Shoulder injury and 5x back operations.
First day of TRT i went back to gym and since then i skipped 3.5 weeks in total till now due to small surgery on my 3rd leg(penis).
Currently doing PPL 5-6 days a week depending on my job since days when i need to work 15-16 hours i chose to go back home fast to see my 2 small children rather then going to gym.
Overall i gained a lot of muscleand i feel amazing.Depression is non existant,i feel less tired to the point where even after 12 hours working labor job i can go to gym.
Libido was extremely high from 4th till 10th week,now is kinda lowish(which is honestly amazing thing).
Stupidly i used some Anavar since its suppossed to be safe for 2 weeks but havent felt any effect from it at 40mg per day,no extra pump or strenght so i dropped it.
Only side effect i have is acne and bloat/water retention.I went from 94 kg to 101kg in span of 1.5 week from 3rd to 5th week of starting 250mg per week. and since then weight is slowly going up about 0.5kg per week,but body fat is slowly dropping.
Note my bloodwork is 48 hours after my last shot since i dont have any other time to take the test since my work schedule isn't fixed so i can't plan ahead.
My e2 is 123pg/ml and range is 11.0-43 pg/ml.
I ordered some Aromasin will come next week.
How to proced with dosing should i do 12.5mg on shot days or some better suggestion?

Stupidly i was planing on starting blast at 500mg for 20-24 weeks and then short maintenence and then cut.Reason for it was mainly to gain a good chunk of muscle size,but after seeing how much i aromatize on 250mg not sure that is smart thing to do.
What would you guys recommend to cut first or?
If so how big of a deficit can i run with 250mg per week before i start losing muscle?
And just curious question how much difference is there if a person is fat and runs cycle is that just more side effects or generally less lean tissue gain.
I attached my bloodwork photos and couple of my photos taken just now in the evening after whole day working and a big meal so i feel a bit bloated if that matters.
No gyno my chest is just tits at the moments. Pictures are semi flexed(i dont know how to pose so excuse me).I edited tattoos since they are easily recognized.
Navy method of body fat measuring said 21% bodyfat which feels like to low,if anyone would have better estimate feel free to say since i dont have dexa or any kind of scan in proximity.

Its good that you shared alot of info. Probably too much in one chunk. Like you said there is a lot of good info here. Search about first, because the answers are out there. From what I have read in the forum having a lower BF% cuts down on problems. So cut? Also you might want to just let your actual TRT ride for awhile. Seems like you have not been consistent with dosages. I may have read that wrong. Probably don't want to hear this but, stick with your TRT, dial in your nutrition and training and let the food build the muscle and it will allow you see how your body reacts. When that stalls out bump up your T to 250 and run with that with good food and training. If you can get gains on a low dose and food with good training thats great. It gives you room to use more Test or AAs in later cycles. Good luck.
 
Losing weight is going to help with E2 management, so would just lowering your trt dose. If you're going to DIY TRT you should first dial in your actual TRT dose, not your mini-cycle dose, imo. Some people will still have high-ish E2 on normal TRT levels but most won't.

Cut your dose to 125/wk and do blood work to see if you're in normal T range and where your E2 gets down to. Some people only need to run 60-80mg/wk to achieve in-range test levels. It's not as sexy as running 250/wk but I suggest finding the actual minimum dose that keeps you roughly in normal range AND has you feeling the best and using that as your baseline. That baseline could change as you grow.

Having in-range/normal testosterone levels and doing resistance training will help you avoid muscle loss during cutting at this stage. I would not sweat that at all at 21% BF.
