High fats on cycle?

To me, anything over 175 Grams. Certain time a year I eat well over that but have never tried on cycle
I don't think you'll have a problem for good results on a higher fat diet given the amount of protein you eat and your detailed self-monitoring of food intake.

I've always preferred high dietary fat intake than most. I've usually struggled to eat sufficient calories. So higher dietary fat facilitated the muscle gains for me. However, when my fat intake is high, I usually match it with isocaloric amounts of protein. If you log everything, then I'm sure you'll eat more than enough protein.

When I've restricted, I usually manipulate lower carbs as the first variable. I only restrict fat intake when I want to get low single-digit lean.

This is my two cents based on my own experience.

Yeah i know but for me easy ,i keep everything super simple, chicken, turkey, rice, fruits like pineaplle, Apple,grapes,berries... whey isolate post workout and some days vitargo
i agree, its not that hard to get 600-800g carbs, 400-450g protein and 30-60g fats if you know what you can digest well. I prefer to keep fats at 40-70g on most days and go up to 80-100g on restdays or days i dont do much training volume.

I think I'm gonna give it a try this time. Just to see how I react to it. I'm not worried about fat gain. Since my injury and 4 months off the gym I have skyrocketed to 13 ish percent bf lol. A lot of that was bed ridden still eating a lot. If I get a bit higher in BF the farm season will knock that off in a month or so.

I will adjust my fats instead of carbs though. This one is to get back what I lost anyway.

Thanks man, that's why I think my bloodwork Always looks good and never had high BP..

Us guys from that part of the world rarely get shitty bloodwork results also lol. Last set of bloodwork was the day after Christmas. I drank the better part of a bottle of sjlivovitz and came back mid normal on liver values... joking aside we tend to eat whole unmolested foods that are fresh! I start my day with a clove of raw garlic in a shot of organic apple cider vinegar. Then some fasted cardio and mobility work.

Disclaimer! I do my cardio fasted because I like it. No other reason hahah!

It depends upon what you call high fats. I am frequently above 100 grams of fat when eating in a surplus. Have you ever tried tracking your macros?

As far as being a hunter, I am, too, but venison and elk are low fat. I wrap my doves in bacon, so, um, well, we won't discuss the fat content. I think ducks are high fat, too. But most of my meat still comes from the grocery store, and most of it is chicken due to $.
I consider high fat 150+ grams.

80- 100 grams is a great place for a bulk.
