High Heart rate. When to be concerned?

On 500mg NPP/week and 500mg/week of test, roughly a gram, my resting heart rate after 4 weeks has climbed to 101 from the usual 55.

I feel great, and my last cycle with less than half the gear took my heart rate to the same range.

However, when should I be concerned? Now?

You’re how big again and you say you usually have a resting heart rate of 55 ? My buddy who is an MMA coach and trains endurance, kickboxing and BJJ 2-3 times per day and weighs 165 lbs has a resting heart rate of 55-60 on average…..

I look and feel leaner, however, 3 weeks in, and this is provably mostly water weight:

314lbs

Starting weight was 285lbs. Roughly up 29lbs.

I just whipped open a new bottle of NPP from QSC recently. Shortly after injecting, I had the worst fucking dry cough ever, similar to when you inject tren. Does NPP do the same thing, or did I get the wrong gear? :D

So this is strange, but… it seems like my feet and hands are growing on HGH?

Cant even fit my 15 shoes anymore… I need at least a 16 1/2?

They don’t look or feel swollen, but it’s possible it’s light edema.
Considering the number of issues you've brought up so far, might want to cut back or abandon cycle. Aren't you waiting on bloodwork.

6’10”, 314lbs.

My average is 55. Lowest 40, highest 61.

Yeah, you might be right.

I am big on being honest with myself, so this is what I might do.

However, I feel like I’m easing into it and the problems are mostly gone now. I don’t have any bad symptoms as of now, other than the high RHR, which is in the same range as the last cycle.

As of now, it went down to 96-100. Still kind of high compared to before.

I’ll admit. I go from 65 average resting HR to avg of 95 on blast. I leverage beta blockers and angiotensin II. Puts it right back at 70-85. I go off them during cruise. Dig in a little to these. I believe the beta blocker I used is Nebivolol. The other piece of this is heart health and avoiding enlargement. Inexpensive with sources here and well worth the look see.

No a normal resting heart rate for a healthy individual is 60 to 100. I don't think being one point over is that big a deal especially when you're on roids.

What's your blood pressure? My heart rate doesn't elevate while blasting unless my BP gets too high.

You're only at 100 bpm, which is technically considered normal by the American Heart Association. But if that's high for you, I'd imagine your blood pressure is elevated.

Some people simply react that way to certain compounds, though. I had a buddy who couldn't take sustanon for that exact reason. He woke up in the middle of the night at 150 bpm, which is crazy. No idea why.

For you, simply tossing some minoxidil on your head or face twice a day might do the trick. Even something as simple as berberine with your meals could do it. In fact, cardarine has immensely positive cardiovascular effects, although many individuals consider it unsafe.

Everyone's baseline/starting point is different. Being extremely in shape will yield a different resting heart rate for someone who started at 90 bpm than someone who starts at 70. This is precisely why 100 bpm is considered normal.

I agree and understand that but he’s 6’10 over 300 lbs. I don’t see him as an elite level in shape individual? That’s a lot of strain on the heart no matter how conditioned one is.

There is a reason we cycle this stuff and do not stay on year 'round.

Steroids (and the bodyweight that they add) have negative effects on the cardiovascular system.

That is just a fact.

The bigger you get, the more true it is.

The older you get, the more true it is.

You might feel like superman on, and hate going off, and, trust me, I understand, but your heart rate is telling you something. Right? And it is not telling you, "Hey, TheIncredibleBulk, this stuff is good for me! Inject more, and live forever!"

This is my reading from this morning, 1 of five readings that are almost all the same as The monitor only cost me €30.

I’m currently on 875/175/175 test/Tren/mast and fully saturated on 50mg Tbol daily. I’m usually 120/60, so now is when I watch. I do have telismartin (spelling?) on hand, but I’m hoping my 4 weeks of Tbol runs before I notice any significant jump.

My resting is down to 99 now.

Blood pressure is 135/81, kinda high for me. Usually I’m 117/78 or so.

Resting is down to 99.
Is that actually you in the pic ? Head looks shopped, not hating but doesn’t match rest of body in my opinion when zoomed in…
No, that’s Oliver Richter. I am 30% less muscular than him and a few inches shorter lol. Definitely not photoshopped, he’s 7’1”.
You are 6'10"???? Damn son.
Sucks sometimes! Women love it until they realize that’s the only thing about me that’s worth loving. :’-(

I am decently in shape. The men in my family who are very athletic have a 35-40 resting heart rate and are very healthy.

Did you end up lowering your HR? Does 100 bpm bother you when trying to sleep?
