High Prolactin levels

Hello everyone !

I'm a 32 old man. 3 months after finishing my first cycle below, I ran last week a blood testing. Among other results, there is (in parenthesis the normal range):

Prolactine: 29.1 mcg/l (4.0 - 15.2)
Estradiol: 43.0 pmol/l (99.4-192)

TSH basal: 4.97 mIU/l (0.30 - 3.18)
fT4: 15.9 pmol/l (13.4 - 21.3)
LH: 3.5 IU/l (1.7 - 8.6)
FSH: 3.0 IU/l (1.5 - 12.4)
Total testosteron 9.8 nmol/l (8.6 - 29.0)
Free testosteron : not measured

Before the cycle (before I ever touched any steroids), both prolactine and estradiol were in normal range. Free testosterone was 34.8 pmol/l (15.8-83.8)

My generalist is a bit worried about the prolactine levels, but he's not a specialist. He proposed me to re-run the blood test in a couple of months. Just after the blood testing, I started a Test-e, Tren-a, Dbol cycle.

My question is the following: Shall I be worried about those high prolactine levels, knowing that I don't have any bad symptoms such as gyno for the time being ? Do you sugget me to take some Cabergoline (source: evolutionary.org/forums/anabolic-steroids-peds/how-control-prolactin-314.html)

Previous Cycle:

From November 15th, 2015 to March 21st, 2016, I ran the following cycle:

Weeks 1-12:
Test-E: 500 mg/week
Anastrazol: 0.25mg eod

Weeks 1-6:
Dianabol: 30mg ed

Weeks 3-12:
HCG: 250 u.i. e4d (every four days)

Weeks 15-16:
Novaldex: 40mg
Clomid: 100mg

Weeks 17-18:
Nolvadex: 20mg
Clomid: 50mg

I take a Cabergoline pill a couple times a week, now that I'm on Tren. More as a preventive, based on a recommendation from a long-term Tren using friend. But I have no specific blood work to back it up.

I'm not an expert or really know but from my research....

I think you can consider Prami as an option...
But if you didn't really feel the effects of high prolactine (gyno or sex drive issues) I would wait a month or 2 and retest. No point to worry
If you are gonna do your next cycle...consider Prami. Worked good for me with Tren.

Thank you very much Steve84 and tenpoundsleft for your kind pieces of advice. After having done some reseach, I came to the conclusion that my high levels of prolactine come more from the MDMA rather than the Testestosterone or the Dianabol.

Anyway, I have ordered some Cabergoline (Dostinex) pills and will go for 0.25mg twice a week (source : Dostinex Profile) during my 8 weeks Trenbolone cycle.

Thanks again guys !

what were your baseline values ? total test is damn low, looks like you didn't recover from last cycle or were you bridging ? what did you take before the blood test?

Hello kaigab,

First of all, let me thank you for having had a look at my blood test. I had only one real cycle so far during 12 weeks from November 15th, 2015 to March 21st, 2016:

Week 1-12: Test-E, 500mg/week
Week 1-6: DBol: 30mg/day
Week 1-12: Arimidex 0.25mg eod
Week 3-12: HCG 250u.i. e4d
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Week 15-16: Nolvadex 40mg/day + Clomid 100mg/day
Week 17-18: Nolvadex 20mg/day + Clomid 50mg/day

As such, this blood test has been done 12 weeks after the end of PCT (i.e. less then the 18 weeks of "Time-on + PCT")

Having said that, I believe that my level of testosterone is naturally low. Indeed, before having touched any kind of steroids, my level of :

Free testosterone was 34.8 pmol/l (15.8 - 83.8) - (in parenthesis the normal range)
The total testosterone had been measured. :-(

Final note, when I went to see the doctor, he told me that I was doing a burn-out and I'm now three weeks at home. I guess that this kind of stress can also have a bad influence on the level of testosterone.

Anyway, do you think that I should see a specialist, something like 4 months after my next PCT to see how my levels are, assuming that I will recover from my burn-out until then ? Any comment ?

My question is the following: Shall I be worried about those high prolactine levels

NO!

In fact I've an even better suggestion to allay your "worries", cease testing your Prolactin level!

Finally, "Evo" is not a source but another PED forum in which the misinformation of bro-science is parroted from one member to the next!

I am not a doctor so the specialist would be my choice. But i would have tried first to restart my HPTA trying another PCT. Instead, you started a new cycle if i understand it correctly so what's the point to see a doctor now ?

It's difficult to say without knowing your total test level precycle. Surely all your values post cycle (12 weeks after PCT) are not normal.

I personally would worry too much about that level. Sure it high but not really out of the ballpark. Now if you were doing Deca along with your cycle it most likely would of been a lot higher. If you can't get your hands caborgoline try convincing your dr you have restless leg and get ropinirole. Does the same thing.

I have always dosed vit b6 @ 400mg a day in addition to AI when i run tren and deca. I've researched good studies in which b6 naturally lowers prolactin levels.

I was told by my endo that high prolactin levels could be from a pituitary tumor. As I was told I do have one that was picked up from an xray or mri i forget but since my prolactin was not increased the Dr told me it was nothing to worry sbout
