I searched the forum and found that no one has created a specific topic about this.
I often have a high pulse pressure, like 60 (125/65, 135/65, and so on). If I increase my sodium intake, my systolic goes up but the diastolic stays about the same.
Are there others here who experience the same issue?
Not sure if it’s related, but I’m also working on improving my lipid profile. I’m not out of range, but my triglycerides are above 100 and my LDL is in the high range, and I’m trying to optimize them.
Are there any other ways to improve this?
