No you're right, you don't have to pay on the nhs: NHSBT Blood Donation, but if you've taken AAS even if it was a decade ago, they won't let you donate.

The place i'm talking about is a small nursing hospital where they drain your blood and discard.

Ah I see, I wasn't aware of such a place like that.

I have always told the people at the blood bank I inject T and was never turned away
