High test cycles (500+) vs Low test, what’s your preference?

I would stay away from AIs unless ya absolutely need em, for like a gyno situation. I always love dht derivatives. Lots of strength. Im ngl I havent used masteron yet. Ive heard it doesnt do hardly anything for size. Thats why its used as a cutter. You cant avoid some sort of bloat or fat gain if you wanna get big but just know you can always cut I mean thats what everybody does. I mean hgh and tren is the best things to use for leaner gains. Idk anybody who is big that didnt build that temple without high test blasting tho

Haha jease man you need to read some more. Or maybe just use sarms. I had bp issues and ended up being diet, you need to go to a doctor if your having bp issues. It usually happens because gear makes your body work harder. You cant avoid face puff..you have muscles on your face and they will grow regardless of what you do and fill with water. The amount you can avoid should be done with diet

How are some fitness model guys able to grow a lot of muscle while keeping a lean face? My ultimate goal is 205lbs 8% bf.

Tren and fat burners. Ig isnt real. You dont know exactly what they were doing when they take pictures. A lot of ig models use photoshop too. It seems like when people have their physiques built which takes years they dont have to do as much to maintain. They still did their bulking and cut cycles just like everyone else.

How does tren and fat burners keep the face from blowing up on cycle? And is it wise to use a fat burner when trying to bulk?

No. You commented on fitness models. Thats how they do it. Everybody bulks and cuts tho. You can mitigate some of those side effects on a bulk but not completely. The best compounds for what you want is hgh and tren. You will stay relatively lean during a bulk and not see any performance degradation. I mean have you ever seen videos of dorian yates or jay cutler during their off season?? They were lean but def had some junk in the trunk.
 
High test fucks with my overall good feeling. I keep it at 500-550 and never need an ai. Especially if running mast which I always do anyway.

I putted some mass on 7weeks on TRT at 200mg test e weekly and 3.3iu HGH ed ... i overtrained pushing to the limit and ate perfectly....

So, thinking just the gear will run the show is due to lack of experience with low dosage protocols while focusing on training and hitting the right muscles rightly... I developed rear delts doing Meadows suggested sets of 40 reps..

I think dosages should be built over time, step by step...

Starting with 0.8/1g of gear weekly I think it’s smart and eating right amount of food to be digested and that will prevent to gain fat is key...

Gears and kcals could be very easily overused and wasted...

I laugh everytime I see a personal trainer in my gym who runs double dosage of mine of aas HGH and runs even insulin , but he’s always on cycle, never cruise, his cruise is anavar and HCG without test, for 4 weeks... then again blasts with everything he has on hands... a clueless pompous moron...

he wastes lot of cash into peds and foods and look totally natural...

Even off cycle i think is key, while with training and diet you pump androgen receptor expression I think, let myostatin levels come off (I think) and so on..

i m speaking about what I think means doing thing smartly.. health and progress wise

Then get your weight up to about 230 using test/deca at 2/1, like 800/400, anadrol last four weeks if you stall, then go on a serious cut down to 205.

Done in two cycles.

Oh, wait. OK, I just went through the thread, and you weigh 190 at 13-14% self estimated? This is going to take a few cycles.

As for your question about "fitness models," well, they don't. You think because you saw a picture of a lean guy that he is like that 365 days a year, and he built up his physique while staying lean?

They don't take pics while bloated and carrying extra water and fat.

Even bodybuilders sometimes take lots of pics around contest time and then post them every once in a while during the off season.
 
By the way, you said on the last page you want to "recomp." At 190 pounds, six feet tall, and 13-14%, you certainly can recomp, because those are natty stats.

Just run 500mg testosterone for 10 weeks. Eat a bodybuilding diet (no bullshit, get a diet plan together with 6-8 eggs and 1.5 to 2 pounds of meat a day, add rice, oats, potatoes, and some greens).

You will be recomped at the end of the 10 weeks. At 14 weeks (after the water drops off) you will look completely different.

Keep cardio low, but do it - get your heart rate up for twenty minutes or more three times a week.

Any questions?

That will be your last "recomp." After that you need to focus on bulking or cutting. You will still need more cycles to get to your goal of 205 at 8%, but this will be a good start.

Of course, if you're like me, you are going to want to surpass that 205 at 8% goal once you get there.

Very important stuff I think is , other than training and feeling the right muscles working is... tryin lowering cortisol the max you can... I mean... I prefer split routines to add excercises to some groups , resting between the 2 routines, and takin some intra wo... sleeping enough and avoid toxic people the max you can... toxic people and toxic life aren’t adaptables to BB for the most people

another thing I wanna clarify... look at lot of people telling Std dosage of NPP could be 100mg EOD... Tren Ace ? Same.... Tren is sooo different than NPP... and 50mg EOD gave me great results... while 100 fucked up my digestion.. too much people rely too much on drugs and couldn’t believe they could grow or shred or whatever with 50mg EOD of tren and with 3-4ius HGH... same for Boldenone.. Equipoise or Bold Cyp... read too many times “700mg weekly minimum, 1g is standard... and so on... and I read IFBB pro coaches are bullshit they just wanna buy more HGH... it’s true that lot of coaches are worthless like fuckin Bostin Loyd that doesn’t know a fuck or other guys, but there are good ones out there that will enlighten you, like mine did with me... 2 years ago I was on shitload of test and eq just because of stupid broscience, either from forums or worthless coaches...

I will still believe in some people... like John Meadows changed my life in so many aspects... that’s the same in regards friend and girls... majority of people suck, and badly too... if you wanna find gold you have to fuckin dig... and being lucky...but fortune favors the braves...

i m fuckin sure that spending some money into education from people like Meadows and so on is fuckin life changing..

I m running 40mg of Anadrol ED with some test NPP and bold cyp... something like a 1.5g in total weekly... I m growing, could tell you that... can’t say anything else... not holding too much water because I m running aromasin 25mg ETD , eating clean, don’t know... I’m bulking and putted some kgs in these 2 first week of Bulk cycle... 3.7kcals daily I think... have to check... I ll update my log soon

To add to this, I’m not sure about fitness models exactly, but I know in the modeling industry for commercial and clothing etc pretty much every model is already at their desired weight and muscle tone and then maintain that long term.

At any time the agency can call and ask for photos of you and if you’re not presentable, say good bye to that client and money.

I can’t think of anyone, including myself, who goes on a bulk and doesn’t look somewhat bloated.

As for Instagram in general, photoshop and selective photo taking. That simple. Don’t take photos when you look like shit or, use photoshop to make yourself look good if you do. Just don’t buy into the bs, so much of the modeling world is fake, specially when you’re apart of it and can see it from the inside.

This is so true. I'm not a model or anything, but I was called to take a shoot for this gym ad. I was literally eating pizza during the call. It was mid december and officially gyms were closed due to lockdown. Who the fuck makes an ad during that time? So I managed to delay the shoot for a week, since I was practically 10% even in "off season" with water weight and some cardio I dropped to about 9%. They photoshopped it a bit and I looked like I was 5%
