Forum Etiquette ⚡Welcome to the MESO-Rx Forum. New Members ⭐️PLEASE READ⭐️

I’m glad I found this community, and am looking forward to learning and contributing. Happy to see this community is moderated and focused on injury/harm mitigation and learning. Too many AAS/PED communities neglect these important aspects of AAS/PED research.

Been here since May 2022 and this is my first time commenting/posting. I've ordered from multiple sources on here and have been successful receiving quality gear.... along with learning a ridiculous amount of good info from all of you. Reason I'm commenting here is because I haven't been able to comment on the underground forum. (Even after 2.5 years.) Finally emailed Meso and they explained everything.. completely understandable, just didn't realize I had to go through the proper newbie phase lol. Hopefully this helps and I can start interacting. Get big, stay strong

Glad I found this summary page. Been popping around aimlessly for a bit. This clears up what Meso is all about. Been reading a few other forums, and it seems it's mostly about fan posts for sources to get points. Looks like a different vibe here.
Well done.

Now on to the new member intro post.

Really happy to share my experience with the community. I've been training on and off for 20 years, only since 2023 August I have committed with diet and training. That's when I decided to quit alcohol. I have now replaced my bad habits with the structure of the bodybuilding lifestyle. May the journey continue!

Please someone, how do I remove an unwanted follower?

Surely, there is a way I can do this.

Said person has been on my ignore list forever.

However, I have recently realised they are following me and I really do not want that.
I had a look in my account details and I am unable to do anything about it.

Is the only way for this to be fixed for that person to unfollow?

Please help.

Thank you.

Unsure what that actually gets the member here? Your posts just pop up in their news feed?

Doesn't get them access to your DMs. You can set that list to the members you follow. Great for stalkers. Should have done it sooner.

Yep.
I do not want that.

I keep being sent dms about it, people telling me said individual keeps replying to things I write others, tagging me, etc, despite the fact they know they have been blocked and I cannot see any of it or receive any notification.
The dumbest stuff.

That is not going to change but I don't care.

However, when I look at my account details, i do not want to see that name on my list.

This ignore function works so so

Thanks for the reply.
