I'm like most of u a recreational steroid user.
My highest priority is my long term health, thus pretty much all my cycles are designed around my blood work. LDL is most of the time on cycle (generally 300 mg test with HCG) under 50, fasted blood sugar at 70 mg/d. Even though it means leaving a lot of gains on the table, I don't want to age like milk.
For general well-being, I'm currently experimenting with HCG monotherapy with a little sublingual preworkout anavar. I'll probably switch back to test.

In addition to doing steroids, I work in medical diagnostics. To be more specific, I develop algorithms for the laboratory medical devices that process blood samples. For someone who uses steroids like me, that has a nice benefit because I can routinely test my blood.

Howdy y’all, new member here. I'm looking to learn as much as possible, total biology nerd and more interested in the biohacking side than the hard core bodybuilding. Currently on a cookie cutter HRT plan, I was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism so I went through the gambit of four rounds of blood work, pituitary MRI, testicular ultrasound, and even a chromosome analysis. Currently running TRT + HCG. Also dabbling in some HGH but that isn't exactly medically required . I love the mission of this forum and looking to contribute in any way I can, appreciate y’all having me!

I've been reading the forums for awhile but now it's time to get involved in some of the conversations. Former professional athlete in 3 sports. Been on TRT/HCG for 3 years and love it. Dabbled in a bunch of peptides and again love the results I've seen on most of them (but not all). Super excited to hear about others results and anecdotes.
 
Hey Everyone, been reading and learning as much as I can on this journey. Lifting for about 8 years, 5’11 190 lbs, about 15-17% bf , came down from a 2 year ugly bulk (got up to 230 and like 30% bf ) this past year. Looking to get to 10-12% before trying to increase cals again.

Have started TRT+ 250 test and tbol kickstart which was fun but not needed (killed my AST/ALT). You live and you learn.

Currently on an Upper/Lower rest repeat (2 on 1 off) Macros and cals are dialed in, 180-190 protein, 30g of fat and rest in carbs mostly pre and post workout.

My goal in the end is 200-210lbs at 10-12% bf. Wishing you all a happy new years!
