Hello people


Like many, I’ve been on the forum for a bit over 4 or 4 years. I haven’t been active when it comes to posting because it was more of a learning experience over that time frame.

I recently started dabbling and purchasing and been having bad luck with some of the labs, no responses, bad orders,etc but because I’m a new member couldn’t really tell the rest of yall for warning.

Hoping to start posting more so I can share these experiences and also DM

What’s up guys been lifting for about 2 and a half years now. The first year and a half didn’t know what I was doing and just got fat so finally started actually tracking macros and the hired a coach about 4-5 months ago. I’ll post a pic of me from 11 months ago and a picture of me now on my cruise

Yeah getting a coach was best decision I could’ve made. I really packed on a lot of size with small dosages in 3 months. Been on cruise for last 8 weeks just maintaining. Got bloodwork back today and time to shed some fat

What has been your comfortable cruise dose?
 
whatsup guys, 35 male. 225lbs 5’11. Currently running 500mg test e weekly. 350 eq. And introduced 4 iu Hgh. Upgraded from Reddit to this forum.

I’m here to expand my knowledge as I’ve been part of a long fitness journey for 2 decades. I’ve learned you can never not acquire enough education and I may be able to provide lessons learned as well in subjects in which I am diverse. Love the group here and what everyone is trying to accomplish especially in harm reduction.

Before readalot gets me lol. I’m old, late 40s, 6ft 235 “currently” and I could talk different cycles I’ve been on for a while but for now on a cruise of 250 cyp a week and 2iu GH for last 13 weeks and going to change in about in a 3 more weeks. Going to start with 300 cyp, 100 primo, 30 anavar, 2GH and increase provided bloods are good after 4 weeks at that. At my age I try to go for those AAS that are considered “milder” as my tren days are long gone.

That’s a spot on statement about a coach. The right coach getting all aspects dialed in to include “supplements” makes a work of difference. One that understand it doesn’t work the same for everyone.
 
Hello ladies and gents. I’m in my early 40s been yo-yoing with my weight the last 10 yrs (wife kids career etc etc). I’m 6ft on the dot went from 262lbs down to 185, up to 235, down to 195 about month ago, and I’m creeping back up to 210. Newish to peptides, was taking tesamorelin, reta, and slu-pp32. I’m absorbing all the AWESOME info here on the forum and planning to put it to use. My goal is to start on hgh and maybe some mild AAS to preserve the muscle I have left and eliminating the stubborn belly and moobs once and for all. MESO ftw!
