Higher than normal Free Testosterone before HCG?

I've feeling low T symptoms and puffy nips

So I got a Free T test (only this test)
0.239 ng/ml (0.07-0.17 ng/ml)
now I know I shoulda have gotten the total T test as the free T ain't too accurate and high estrogen can cause a low total T yet high free T condition.

I was off juice for about 4 months maybe 6 months I don't remember
so the high Free T reading ain't from a recent cycle

Now I just got into HCG 500 IU 3x/week
So I'll have to wait until 4 weeks of HCG use end 2 weeks left now
this time I'll get tested for Total T and Estradiol.
