Highest concentration of Test C/Primo blend?

Hi. I haven't brewed blends before. And I'm not sure how to go about it. Since both can be done at 300 mg/ml at 20/2. I'd reckon 150 and 150 will work?

I made 250 with no heat. I've seen people claim to have brewed 300 without any trouble as well.
