Anyone know of any good High intensity training routines. I have done a little research and some people swear by it to cut body fat. What's anyone's thoughts on it and is it beneficial in anyone's opinion

If your REALLY interested look up mike mentzer. Hes got it down pretty good. I used HIT all my natural lifting days and it absolutely works. A true HIT program incorporates superset's for all compound work and workouts dont go on very long. You can expect to build thick and striated muscle this way. Weight should always be added progressively and the hardest part of HIT is ALWAYS bringing your game face cuz there arent multiple sets to pace yourself with.
HIIT and HIT are entirely different things.
He's asking about interval training, not about lifting.
If your familiar with sports....just run gassers. Not only will you build muscle, you'll get cut fast, and your endurance will go though the roof.Yeah thanks for clearing that up
