Yeah I was leaning towards 58841, but started seeing people talking about heavy side effects. Seems to have way better results though. You have the option RU58841, is an investigational substance with good results in hair loss:

A controlled study of the effects of RU58841, a non-steroidal antiandrogen, on human hair production by balding scalp grafts maintained on testosterone-conditioned nude mice - PubMed
Human hair growth can be monitored for several months after the transplantation of scalp samples from men with androgen-dependent alopecia on to female nude mice. Hair production from balding sites has been shown to be inhibited in testosterone-conditioned nude mice. We used this recently...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Other option is topical finasteride which doesnt not cause problems in sexual impotence, sexual desire, erectile dysfuntion,...in comparation with finasteride pills, but you should know that baldness has no cure. Nothing works for many people and the steroids (specially dht derivatives) make hair fall more
I have been using topical Finasteride, and it seems to work well. However, I have been mixing my own sol , I put 300 MG fina in a 60 mL minoxidil bottle to make a 5% concentrate solution. Does Hims even specify what percentage concentration their product is?Has anyone used & had luck with Topical Finasteride from Hims. Actually, there is a cure for baldness, it’s called finasteride. Does a good enough job, not perfect but it prevents you from losing all your hair. It does not target all aspects of the DHT binding, but will prevent hair miniaturization for the most part. The problem is most men do not EVER take it or take it soon enough. The experts say believe it or not by the time you notice you are losing your hair 30 to 50% (yes an unbelievable amount) of your hair is already gone in the affected area. And minoxidil I would not consider a treatment at all. RU588, Finasteride, and dutasteride are far, far superior. It's not to discourage you, but if there was a cure for baldness, there would be no bald people. In my case, long time ago I used minoxidil, anti hair loss shampoo,...but my hair kept falling and the option to use finasteride pills didnt want to use, because their side effects.
What you say is not correct, baldness has no cure and there is not a single medication that solves baldness. The most powerful there is is finasteride and durasteride, but even with this the hair falls out to a greater or lesser extent, it depends a lot on the user. In addition, it must be added that they bring many side effects due to low DHT such as lack of libido, erectile dysfunction, loss of muscle mass, gynecomastia,...and many end up with post-finasteride syndrome, which can be lifelong.Actually, there is a cure for baldness, it’s called finasteride. The side effects of oral finasteride are overblown. Sure, for about 2% of men it might matter, but most people —no effects at all. And like I mentioned previously, topical is really the way to go and then for sure no side effects.
I get your point brother about there being no cure. As in the disease being, totally reversible, I get it. However, I’m referring to the fact that there is a cure for excessive DHT in the scalp, which causes the hair to fall out. And most users (not all) the hair miniaturization is drastically reduced. So much like someone wearing a seatbelt that prevents injury or largely reduces it, this drug can largely reduce hair loss. And the side effects you speak of our very minimally experienced in only about 2% of users. For you to say, “many side effects”, that is just incorrect. What you say is not correct, baldness has no cure and there is not a single medication that solves baldness. If the baldenss had cure, the rich and famous would not go bald or at least they would find the solution, look at Dayne Johnson, Bruce Willis, Jason Staham, Nicolas Cage, Pep Guardiola,William the Prince of Wales,....
