I've been lurking for a few weeks now, trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible.. figured it was time to introduce myself.
I'm a 34 y/o female who has been into bodybuilding for 3 years. Just wrapped up my first full year of competing in bikini class. If anyone is interested in how I fared in the 5 shows I did this year, just ask!
Anyway, I work with a coach for diet/nutrition/contest prep. When looking at all my feedback from judges this past year, how my body responded to prep, and what I ENJOY doing in the gym.. we came to the decision that I am going to train for the next 10-11 months to transition to the Figure class. I will also be 35 at that point and be able to compete in the Masters class as well.
I am greedy when it comes to gains, love lifting heavy as possible.. I really just want thick thighs and huge lats.. thats not too much to ask, right? haha
Up until this point I have been totally "natural" as far as AAS goes. I will be starting my first cycle in a few weeks, I am going to do a cycle log here as well. That was one thing I noticed when researching here, other forums, and online.. it can be hard to find alot of solid info for women and AAS.
Looking forward to posting more, and becoming a member of the forum!
