home blood pressure checker?

any one thought about getting one? i blast and cruise so just thought it might be a good plan to get one to keeo a eye on it any views on this lol? as im sure i got told high red blood cells will up your blood pressure right?

so its a good investment then? i was very surprised to find out there only like 25 pound i dont mind spending that if its for my health just wanted to know if it was worth it lol

Absolutely but do yourself a favor, check your arm size and the cuff size lol. Had to order mine online and my arm isn't that big really. Average ones max out at 17"

Of course it's worth it. Especially if you're using AAS.

Check mine everyday,,great thing to have,,falling out at the gym is embarrassing.

I check mine 3 times a day and take the average from the three recordings, since the blood pressure changes / fluctuates through the day.
