Home brewing worth the increased risk? Is there even any increased risk?

Yeah right now with the laws these Republicans are passing kind of turned me off from Homebrewing. Waiting for the day the progressive get rid of the war on drugs so we can all do gear without having to worry. Hopefully Sanders wins the presidency and does away with it. With Republicans in power it won't be long before protein powder and creatine are made scheduled substances lmao

Cocaine, crack, heroin, meth is a controlled substance 1, where steroids/hormone is controlled substance 3. You can still get in trouble, but not as serious. Probation vs. Jail time

Heroin is CI but cocaine/crack and meth are CII as they are available for medical use, well not crack lol but cocaine hydrochloride. Point isn’t to say that roids would lead to an equal punishment, of course crack punishment is harsher, there was a time that just possession of a mere 5g of crack (not powder) would of been a mandatory five year prison sentence, now it’s 28g which is still very harsh compared to other drugs including powder cocaine. My point was that turning raw roids into finished roids would be considered manufacturing just like turning powder cocaine into crack. Perhaps not as harsh punishment, but I imagine there’s a risk of some jail time but idk.

There's also something that is being overlooked here. The carrier is counted as part of the drug by LEO. If you have 2g of test in your 10ml bottle, that's not 2g when the feds weigh it. It's more like 20g including the oil. For example, if you import cocaine, and you cut your 1kg of coke to make 4kg, they aren't going to say it's 1kg because it's now shit quality. It's now 4kg cocaine.
An argument could be made that raws are less dangerous because you are keeping the weight down. However, they could tack a manufacturing charge on you, so maybe it evens out.
