Homebrew 7-keto DHEA

Guys has anyone tried to homebrew some 7-keto for injection? What you do water based or oil? thanks for any advice!

I barely skimmed it but what about the paragraph that includes

Because of the limited solubility of DHEA
and 7-keto DHEA, the injection volume also had to be
increased for doses larger than 32 mg/kg.

was dissolved in a vehicle consisting of
80% v/v propylene glycol, 8% polyethylene glycol, and 2%
benzyl alcohol.

I don't know if it's safe to inject PG and PEG. Guess I will go for trial and error.
