I made some veggie burgers tonight that came out pretty good. I mixed leftover black beans and rice with quinoa, onion, red pepper, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Then i added a couple eggs and italian bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes on each side. They held together well enough. Maybe next time ill mush everything in the blender first.
