Just whacked out something in my right elbow. Doing an extra set of braced bicep curls with more weight than I needed. Pushing it. Something popped inside my right elbow-bend area. Grimace-pain, not anguish-pain or anything. Couldn't do any more. Still fully functional but stiffening fast. No swelling I can see. Put on linament. My guess is a burst blood vessel or capillary or whateverthefuk they're called, i.e., a minor sprain.
What can I do for my elbone to make sure I can keep up my training?
