Glad to see your taking the appropriate time off. An yea I didn't realize alcohol would effect my gains like it did. Lesson learned. Keep your head up, don't let relationship problems take you back to the place you were.... Easier said than done, I kno. Don't give yourself the excuse

Ya i cant let the shit get to me......i know i cant drink. Its just not good. It makes my shoulder inflamed like hell too. Im getting it together.
