I would make your liver the top priority right now.
1) You are taking Aromasin, so I am assuming you are using higher than TRT levels of Test/other AAS? Drop down to TRT levels (Test only) and drop the Aromasin. Even injectible AAS hit the liver as does Aromasin
2) Continue with the water
3) Research NAC supplementation.
About 1 month. I was on dbol prior, for awhile. I was pretty irresponsible this previous year and ran orals on and off for an estimated total of 6 months. Either anadrol, dbol, or injectable superdrolnot really, exemestane is exceptionally liver safe.
In the studies regarding liver toxicity they typically saw an elevation of 4%-11% on a 25mg per day dose. Far more than most of us need or use to manage aromatization.
@Nuvo6 how long have you been off orals?
honestly, those liver values arent that alarming, especially given the exposure time, and its only been a month.About 1 month. I was on dbol prior, for awhile. Do you think anything here is concerning?honestly, those liver values arent that alarming, especially given the exposure time, and its only been a month.
My money is you just need more time away from the orals.
Depends on your risk tolerance. I wouldnt want a hit of even 4-11% on already elevated levels. Get back to baseline normal, then go from there IMO. I do agree those levels arent extremely alarming but I would also get them back in line ASAP.not really, exemestane is exceptionally liver safe.

Im not as informed with urinalyses values, but i dont like the look of blood presence in urine.Do you think anything here is concerning?
I dont disagree with the sentiment that a health phase to improve health markers should be base TRT without any unnecessary additions, just wanted to point out that the exemestane likely isnt a significant contributorDepends on your risk tolerance. how were your kidney values? EGFR Creatinine ect.
Honestly, id just come down to true TRT for another month or two then get another set of bloodowrk done.
you likely just need time off
Thanks man. Yea I think I'll cruise for a few months then get bloodwork again. Glad to know I'm not dying thoughEGFR is a bit high, but everything else is pretty unremarkable, i wouldnt worry and just take the time off you need.
nothing ive seen in your bloodwork so far strikes me as alarming.
