How can I tell if my ICN's are good?

Just got them and they look good comparing to pics...
batch 3039 then a couple of other # sets...

Anyplace to go and look up that batch?

I got them from a scammer... He was going to use me as a reference... Just shipped out to me before he got banned
I am afraid to say, he probably scammed them from someone else...

never heard of any fake ICNs, they had a bad batch..but supposedly that was rectified, use them they are OK
