how come i loose soo much when off cycle?

ok heres the deal, lets say that on my cycle i gain 10 lbs, {which is low,not sure why? even when i up the food} i tend to loose it all after 3-4 weeks off ,,or in recovery i am still as strong,if not this time still making gains,but the size isnt hanging around,,it frustrates me, because i eat correctly, or so i think so, i train
intesely, and get good rest, I am torn to shreds, and have low body fat , but still puzzels me,,I know i am doing something wrong , please help , I want to educate
myself completely before i go back on ,,,,thanks

first thing is what gear do you use ? stats ?
and do you do PCT after your cycle. It is normal to lose some after but you want to get your test levels back up after cycle so you don't lose much.....11
 
yes i use clomid, and my cycle was deca and cypinate,,,,200mg week cyp 300 deca,,i was doing alot wrong, after reading the board I realize that now. thats why i ask so many questions,,, but as far as strength , i kept it all from the last cycle,,but i am only 3 weeks out so , its possible to loose some , i have already lost 4 lbs

How long are your cycles? Are you stopping the deca 2 weeks before the
test? When do you start the clomid and how much/how long are you taking
it? Do you lower your workout intensity while recovering, or do you still go
balls to the wall? How about anti e's while on? If you dont use any you will
lose quite a bit of water weight as soon as you go off. Most guys hate this
but the truth is that most people will actually think you look better once you
shed the water, even though it drives you nuts because the scale is reading
lower.
 
It sounds like you are losing water. With cyp and deca at those doses, you are going to see more water weight than muscle weight.

Bump the test to 400-500mg to see better results and deca at about 400mg...if you don't grow on that, you need to start lifting weights and eating something. LOL

How long are you on for?

if loosing your gains is really a prob for you stay away from deca it takes to long to restart natural test levels wich means you will loose alot of gains. if you have a finley tuned cycle and pct, diet, and trainig plus knowledge it is very possible to keep up to 85-90% of your gains but this comes with alot of werk and knowleged you mentioned clomid but maybe hcg would have been helpfull it has always helped me out in this deparment

i also agree that your dosage was too small if it is for a test cylce fine but for your next i would go higher you may not have gained enough in the first place. also train hard and proper bro. just a not with cyp you will loose water after you stop the cylce
 
my training is intense and i do eat well,, i was on for 16 weeks,,,i admit i was definitky doing something wrong,,and have made the advances to educate myself now so i dont have the same problems,,as far as the test levels many have told me that they were very low ,,now i know,,

500-750 test per wk is a good amount. really no need to go higher. try EQ instead of deca, less bloat at higher doses and always keep the mg per wk lower than the test- 500 t 400eq etc.
on your last PCT you might have started the clomid to soon after your last shot of deca...........11
 
Gotta say my 1st 2 cycles I never heard of PCT, so basically I never did it. This last cycle I did. Test 500mg/week, Deca 400mg /week, Dbol 30mg 1-4 week. I went from 167lb's to 189lb's in the 6-7 weeks. It was a 10 weeker. I've been of for about 5 weeks now. I stared HCG at 500iu for 10 days about 2 weeks ago. I'm currently at 185lb's and my strength is good. All I have to say is HCG ROCKS!. There is no doubt my system is back on track. My Testes are alot bigger and my sexdrive is way up.

Moral of what I'm saying is try uping your daosage a bit and try some HCG, as it worked wonders for me. Plus try some creatine during your PCT to help keep the strength/water in your muscles. Good Luck. deeBO

I agree with everyone that the doses need to be bumped up, #2 you need HCG for PCT. It makes the world of diff. I did my first cycle, got great gains, only used clomid, kept 70%. Did my second cycle, not as much huge gains but kept 90%.
 
Try using gear that results in more quality muscle then just bulk. Instead of deca, use EQ. The eq wont make you bulk as much as the deca, but what you gain will be easier to keep. Look around and see what will suit you best...
