I'd consider HGH for anything other than medically neccessary reasons to be a PED. And PED's are gear....

Pedantic arguments aside - harm reduction is health related as well as protection from scams.

If you can't figure this out on your own without your hand being held, you are setting yourself up to be scammed, and if you do actually get some substance - to damage your body.
