How do you break a Plateau during Cycling?

I've been running t400, Npp, and DHB for 2months..
Now I knocked off the NPP and still run 3-4ml of t400 a week and the same with DHB.
I've gained 25lbs.. and am at the Plateau stage I always get to.. Any ideas on how to break it? I've started heavy rotation on legs instead of once a week I'm doing twice now.. has that been the problem?

whats your goal? you gained 25lb, you want more? eat more. Your maintenance calories are higher now than ur 25lb lighter u.

I'd like to see a 40lbs gain.. it's far from my first cycle.. I was taking pain killers for my back and was at this size when I started taking them. So basically, some of that weight I put on was because I'm off the painkillers. I'm eating clean and eating for purpose not pleasure.

Just like when you cut for a competition your diet shouldn't be static.
Always moving forward with you. When you plateau you adjust diet to break that.

Unless you are Rich, and you dump on the juice on top of it as well.... Which I like that idea :p

It's a constant process of stepping back and running idle for a bit, then pushing the pedal to the metal in phases or "blocks" as I call them. I never gained more than 23 lbs in a single cycle. I'd back off and then back on is when I'd push it harder. But to steadily just keep gaining? That shit stops once you are a vet gym goer. All aboit blast and cruise with your food on top of gear and hard and heavy training. If you keep going nonstop in just one direction you're eventually gonna get injured or stay stuck in a rut. The answer for me was never ridiculous doses of gear, it was ridiculous amounts of food when pushing gear to grow more. The process of eating and then backing off creates "anabolic overdrive" where you gain back what you were at AND THEN A LITTLE MORE on top of that in future cycles. Gear is all secondary to food, training and rest and recovery.dudes wanna put juice as #1 now, and every guy I know personally who does this isn't a really big guy. It's the fuckers eating like it's their job that end up the biggest

It's true....

You know I run programs for other people track their results watch their scale and adjust when they plateau.

What I do horrible for myself is keeping my diet static because it's not written down in front of me. Because I know how much I eat and when to eat it.

You need to log and track that shit... see the macro's you are taking in. Add food with the spreadsheet first and then implement. Plan and execute.

The diet makes and breaks anything. Eventually you take too many drugs to counter other drugs.

That's some really great advice.. I appreciate the time u spent to write that down bro. I'll take your advice and back off .. keep up with the food then go hard again.. I'm already at the end of the freeweight rack at the gym.. what you're saying makes complete sense!

Food is more anabolic then gear. I like what you preach brutha. I’m fortunate to have an ability to eat unholy amounts of foods. It has helped me tremendously before gear
